WEEK 4 FYP 2 (DEVELOP TESTING PROCEDURE FOR EACH BLOCK OF CONTROLLER, INPUT AND OUTPUT)
Objectives:
1) To testing block by block of the project
2) To check if any failure happen among the each block
Methodology:
1) Test start with the input block
2) proceed to controller and easily to output of the project
Result:
This is the testing for the solar panel. The value of the output voltage of the solar panel is 17.75V and enough to charge the battery 12V.
This is the photo when i test the digital meter and also the solar charger controller with correct connection. Before that i was testing the another digital meter but the connection was incorrect so the cable of the digital meter was burn and i need to change the cable only and luckily my digital meter was not burn.
This is the controller circuit for my project. This circuit include with the node MCU 8266, Current Sensor INA219 and resistor connected as voltage divider. The voltage divider was constructed because to make sure the measure voltage not become the over volatge. This circuit were connected to the both source and connected to the WiFi for IOT part.
Analysis and Discussion:
This progress just need to show that how the project will be build with correct functioning. Each block need to be done step by step by using correct component. For this week, this is the progress for now.
Conclusion:
I managed to complete the objective state in this week.
